LEON LIU
Leon Liu is accredited Investment Professional with extensive experience across multiple companies and industries. For the past three years Leon was head of underwriting and origination at Monroe Capital, a family office that specializes in commercial real estate financing. At Monroe, Leon was responsible for overseeing processes and due diligence for all loans for the company. Leon and his team were responsible for obtaining all necessary documents and materials, while also underwriting each individual deal. In addition to this work, Leon founded KAL Capital, an acquisition company focused on commercial real estate. At KAL Capital Leon was responsible for sourcing potential acquisitions, working with national credit retail tenants, and fostering relationships with brokers and buying groups for dispositions of portfolio assets.
Prior to Leon’s experience at Monroe and KAL Capital, he built a financial planning practice in Downtown Boston through the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Leon worked with numerous families and small businesses regarding financial planning and investment management. He developed relationships with hundreds of clients across the country. Leon and his team created individualized plans for clients and implemented insurance and investment products to suit client needs.

KEITH BERNARDO
Keith Bernardo, a multi-faceted and accomplished CEO. Keith served as the CEO of M&K Engineering from 2008 to 2022, where he led the company to a successful exit to Arch Medical Solutions. M&K Engineering was a FDA registered Contract Manufacturer of highly regulated Orthopedic Implants as well as Critical Rotating Components to the Aerospace sector.
Under Keith's leadership, the company enjoyed significant growth, with a key contributor being his ability to build strong and lasting relationships. MAX LIU
Max Liu graduated at the University of Pittsburgh with a marketing degree and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. For the past three years, Max was a commercial loan officer at Monroe Capital, a family office that specializes in commercial real estate financing. At Monroe, Max was responsible for underwriting deals and communicating with various mortgage brokers. Max helped put together all the information needed to give the underwriting team an opportunity to decide if they wanted to move forward with certain deals.
In addition to loan origination, Max also helped with various administrative tasks within the company. These responsibilities included scheduling, filing, and general office management. He also helped facilitate the loan closing process by working with attorneys, gathering checklist items, and assisting with lending processes/procedures.
Max is motivated, hardworking, and hungry to learn more in commercial acquisitions. His experience in the private lending space has given him a solid foundation to further grow and develop his knowledge.
ALEX CHYSTUKH
Alex Chystukh is a highly motivated and ambitious professional with a diverse background. Born in Ukraine in 1996, he relocated to the United States in 2016 to pursue his academic endeavors. Alex has successfully completed three college majors.
Throughout his career, Alex has garnered valuable experience in various fields, including the restaurant business, entrepreneurship and business development. Alex holds the position of Associate at Blue Zone Capital Partners, a prominent commercial acquisitions company specializing in commercial real estate opportunities.
